How we handle enquiries

This notice explains how Napton Padel Club CIO handles personal information received through this website and by email.

Your information

What we collect and why

  • Contact details. If you contact the club, we may receive your name, email address and the details of your enquiry.
  • Purpose. We use that information to reply to your enquiry, manage club administration, provide membership or booking information, and keep a record of relevant correspondence.
  • Contact form. The website form opens an email to the club. It does not store your message on the website.
  • Founding Membership priority list. If you register for advance notice of Founding Membership opening, we only use your name, email address and phone number to contact people who have asked to be told when membership becomes available, and we do not keep this information for longer than is necessary.
  • Day Members cancellation alerts. If you register to be told about Day Members cancellations, we only use your name, address, email address and phone number to contact people who have asked to be notified of available slots, and we do not keep this information for longer than is necessary.
  • Sharing. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, and we will never sell personal information, under any circumstances. We may share enquiry details with appropriate club volunteers or service providers where needed to respond or run the club, with your consent.
  • Retention. We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for club administration, legal, charity or accounting purposes.
  • Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information held by the club, subject to any legal or charity record-keeping requirements.
